The HP Rapid Repair Service ensures to provide HP Customers with a quick service at no extra cost, and allows customers of selected models to exchange or get their relevant part repaired within 24 hours. HP Rapid Repair Service is offered exclusively for HP E Club members.

HP Rapid Repair Service takes a further step in providing users of HP Pavilion DV4 and DV6 models repair within two hours on selected parts such as batteries, adapters, keyboards and DVD writers.

The Rapid Repair Service has enabled HP to step a level further by combining a world-class product with supported by an exceptional after-sales service.

The service could be benefited exclusively by E Club Members, and the products need to be within the warranty period. This service is currently offered with HP Service Delivery Partners. HP plans to expand the service partners to increase access to consumers with ease throughout the Island.
