    Why Register for the HP Exclusive Club Programme

  • Registering for the HP Exclusive Club Programme enables you to receive your prestigious HP Exclusive Club card. As an E Club Member you enjoy amazing discounts, hassle free warranty extensions, trade in offers, bundle offer, HP local channel warranty, island wide access to repair centers, and exclusive access to HP events. Basically, you'd experience a world class service from HP.

    Is the loyalty card issued for all HP products.

  • No, it is currently only available for HP Laptops.

    How do I register

  • If you are an Individual customer, choose "Register for Personal" from our home page, and fill in the Registration Form.
    If you are a Corporate customer, choose "Register for Corporate" from our home page, and fill in the Registration Form.

    I cannot submit the Registration Form

  • You need to fill in all compulsory fields to submit. (Please follow the automated error messages.)

    My serial number is correct but I get Registration Failed .

  • If you have entered the correct serial but cannot proceed, please try again.
    The loyalty card is only eligible for purchases after 01/01/2011.
    If you still receive Registration Failed then please contact your HP re-seller, or contact us and we will assist you.

    My registration is complete, what do I do next.

  • If you have received a confirmation email of your registration, then you have successfully registered as an E Club Member. Kindly await the delivery of your loyalty card, to benefit a world class service from HP.

    What is My Part Number

  • Your Part Number could be found on the rear of your HP Notebook, and on your Notebook's Box.
